Morning Drop-Off Safety

Just a few reminders regarding how to navigate our traffic circle in the morning when dropping your student(s) off for school. We continue to see some potentially dangerous moments. If we follow these procedures, things will be much safer for all:

• Pull forward around the cones as far as you can and stop as close to the school’s driveway as possible. This will allow more cars to drop students off at the same time.
• Always have your students exit the vehicle on the sidewalk side. Getting out towards the middle of the circle poses a risk.
• Never walk on the road. Always stay on the sidewalk.
• Please don’t leave your vehicle unattended. The traffic circle is intended to be a “Hug and Go” zone. If you need to walk your child to their designated door, please park your vehicle further down the road away from the circle.
• The school parking lot is for staff use only at all times.

Festive Evening

We are excited to host our Festive Evening on December 19. Due to the growth of our school’s population, we will have separate Div. 1 and Div. 2 performances. The details are as follows: Div. 1 (Kindergarten, Room. 1, Room. 2, and Room. 3) - 5:00-5:45pm

Div. 2 (Room. 4, Room. 5, Room. 6, Room. 7) - 6:15-7:15pm

Two tickets will be sent home with students next week and more detailed plans will be shared at that time.
