It was so great to see so many of our families come to our School Conferences this week. These conversations are so valuable and serve to strengthen the home-school partnership that is so important. If you were unable to make it to a conference this week, please reach out to your child’s teacher to set up a conversation.

Fill a Sock

Dr. EW Coffin’s Fill a Sock Bingo Card

Once again, we are committed to support citizens in our city that struggle with homelessness through our Fill A Sock Activity 

This activity helps support the Mustard Seed’s goal of building hope and well-being for our most vulnerable citizens.  We ask that you bring in one or many of the items listed below in our Bingo Card. Just like Bingo, you can work with your family to fill in a row, the 4 corners or even a Black Out.  Maybe you can bring in as many items as your age, your classroom number, or even how many pets you have?

Please remember to bring a pair of new warm socks that we will use to fill with all of these items.

Timeline and process:

Classrooms will be collecting the above items from Monday Dec. 1 until Friday Dec. 5. Rooms 1, 6 & 7 will spend the following week stuffing the socks and then we will then deliver Stuffed Socks to the Mustard Seed so they are ready for the Winter Season.

Please do not include food items or any items with an alcohol base such as perfumes or mouthwashes.
